Ingredients: 

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups chicken stock or Better Than Bullion
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 500 grams pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup clotted cream

Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add butter and stir constantly until melted. Pour in the chicken stock or bullion and seasoning and bring to the boil. Add your pasta and cook for approx. 8 to 10 minutes until, or until al dente. If pasta sticks to the pan, add more chicken stock. Add Parmesan cheese and clotted cream, and mix until thoroughly combined. Serve immediately alongside fresh garlic bread or a leafy green salad.
