This summer blockbuster delivers on its promise of high-octane action and impressive visual effects, transporting viewers to a lush, prehistoric world teeming with life. However, the film’s engaging premise is somewhat undermined by a meandering narrative and underdeveloped characters. The special effects are undeniably stunning, particularly in the climactic sequences involving the park’s updated attractions, but these special effects are not as good as previous installments.
